A POSITION OF
We are a trusted company, and we have the profitability that banks and clients need to feel secure.
Our robust position is the result of our committed, conservative approach to national growth, with a clear focus on building our economic capacity.
CARE, COURAGE, PRIDE
OUR SAFETY MANTRA
We are committed to providing all people who work on, or visit our workplaces, with an environment that is safe. This commitment is encapsulated by our safety mantra: care, courage, pride.
We recognise that Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE) are the most significant components of all our activities. That’s why we maintain certification to AS/NZS4801, accreditation to the Federal Safety Commissioner Accreditation Scheme and AS/NZS14001 and often exceed relevant legislative requirements.
There’s the industry standard ‘QA’ and then there’s our Quality Control. Across the board our quality production output is leading industry benchmarks. Our national average defects per residential apartment is <1.8b y settlement inspection.
We pride ourselves on achieving and exceeding quality benchmarks on all our projects. We do this not only through appropriate systems and procedures, but by instilling a culture of greatness within our project teams and subcontractors.
We operate to a Quality Management System certified to the AS/NZS 9001:2008 standard, which is adopted on all projects that we undertake. This Quality Management System is subject to six-monthly third party surveillance audits, and regular internal management audits, to monitor and review the system for adequacy and effectiveness.
TO THE COMMUNITY
We offer various volunteering opportunities and the ability to donate to charities via our Workplace Giving Program, which Probuild matches dollar-for-dollar. Given our sector of operation, ProCommunity’s focus is to assist organisations addressing homelessness, the built environment and education.
